About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Buyers Agent to work long side the Director and a Senior Buyers Agent to join our dynamic team at SOS Property Advocacy. As a Buyers Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients throughout the residential property purchasing process. This is a full-time position based in our Richmond, VIC office.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive market research to identify suitable properties for clients

Accompanying clients to property inspections and providing expert guidance and advice

Negotiating on behalf of clients to secure the best possible purchase price and terms

Liaising with real estate agents, conveyancers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction

Providing exceptional customer service and a personalised experience for each client

Staying up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a real estate or property-related role (for Junior Buyers Agent) or 5+ years' experience (for Senior Buyers Agent)

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals

Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail

A thorough understanding of the residential property market, including relevant legislation and regulations

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to supporting clients throughout the buying process

Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Real Estate or a diploma in property services, are highly desirable
