Fabricator – Structural Steel

About the Role

We are seeking a Fabricator/Boilermaker who takes pride in their work and can consistently deliver accurate, high-quality fabrication.

This role suits a tradesperson who can read drawings confidently, think ahead, and maintain standards.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble structural steel components to tight tolerances

Perform high-quality MIG welding (multi-run, structural work)

Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings independently

Maintain accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all tasks

Inspect own & others work to ensure it meets PJN quality standards

Contribute to maintaining workflow and production efficiency

Assist in problem-solving and improving fabrication processes

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

About You

Trade qualified or Highly Experienced Boilermaker/Fabricator

Strong experience in structural steel fabrication

Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings without assistance

High-level welding ability with a focus on quality and consistency

Able to work independently and take ownership of your work

Reliable, efficient, and takes pride in doing the job properly

Strong understanding of workshop safety and best practices
