As we start on refurbishments in-stores, we see a valuable opportunity to enhance our online store to strengthen and further grow our 25 years in the industry. This is a multi-faceted role that will see you champion our eCommerce performance, training and motivating your team as you go, lead and deliver successful marketing activities, show your passion for excellent customer service, and be someone who can deliver and show team members a hands-on and can-do approach to campaigns.

Key responsibilities

End-to-end management of our Shopify store and its connected systems

Own and drive revenue through online channels

Assist Customer Service with end-to-end management of online customer experience, including customer service, order fulfilment and returns when required

Collaborate with Management & Graphic design to create, maintain and optimise all digital content, including product data, product reviews, blog posts & campaigns

Website UX optimisation for optimal performance

Manage and optimise our social media presence on all platforms

Manage and optimise all PPC activities, include Google Ads

Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget with a strategic and analytical focus on ROI

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer traffic and sales both online and in-store

Implement and successfully drive a brand-new loyalty program for online and in-store customers

About you

Tertiary degree in Marketing or E-Commerce

Demonstrable 3 years+ experience in a similar role

Passion for E-comm / Marketing / Customer Experience

Strong and strategic focus to understand and evaluate the need to create sales and deliver ROI

Proven experience with Shopify - In depth management and understanding of backend functions and the flow through to website

Social media marketing & strategies across multiple platforms

Executing and reporting EDM campaigns using Klaviyo or Mailchimp

Loyalty programs and referrer based marketing

SEO, SEM and PPC. Including Google Ads, Google Analytics and AI

Brick-and-mortar retail activities and user experiences
