Communications Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Executive to support the development of engaging communications initiatives, organisational learning efforts, and awareness-building campaigns. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy content creation, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to create compelling communication materials, support engagement activities, and maintain knowledge-sharing resources that promote organisational learning and best practices.

The contract duration is up to 1 year.

Key Responsibilities
Communications & Engagement

Support the planning and execution of internal communications initiatives and engagement campaigns.

Develop clear, engaging, and audience-centric content for various communication channels, including newsletters, email campaigns, presentations, and digital communication materials.

Assist in crafting key messages and narratives tailored to different stakeholder groups.

Contribute creative ideas to enhance the effectiveness and impact of communications efforts.

Design and administer feedback mechanisms, surveys, and evaluation tools to measure engagement and communication outcomes.

Conduct research and gather information to support communication content and projects.

Knowledge Management & Content Development

Assist in developing and maintaining an organisational knowledge repository and case library.

Coordinate the collection and documentation of case studies, lessons learned, and best practice examples from stakeholders.

Curate, edit, and organise content to ensure information is accessible, accurate, and user-friendly.

Support initiatives that encourage organisational learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Administrative & Event Support

Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, workshops, and engagement sessions.

Coordinate venue bookings, meeting logistics, presentation materials, and equipment setup.

Prepare meeting notes and support follow-up actions where required.

Requirements

Degree in Communications, Business, or related fields

Experience in marketing, copywriting, and editing

Proficiency in digital design tools, such as Canva and Adobe PhotoShop

Preferred Attributes

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
