The Position

We are seeking a family lawyer, preferably with at least 3 years post-admission experience, who has the ability to run their own files.

Admission to practice law in Australia is required at the time of application.

The position covers children and financial matters.

We offer work flexibility, including full-time or part-time work, the ability to work from home, remotely, or on-site.

Work in other areas of law, such as criminal law, restraining orders, and Wills, is also available.

The position can be tailored to meet the experience and interests of the successful candidate.

The salary is negotiable according to experience.

You will meet clients and conduct interviews;

Varied workload covering children & financial matters;

Court work, mention hearings, interim hearings, conferences;

Ability to work in other areas of law;

Support and mentoring for more junior solicitors will be provided.
