Your Journey Begins:

Commencement: Monday, 31st August 2026.

Roster: This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week), operating on a rotational basis between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. You will be required to work a Saturday shift every 2-3 weeks.

Unleash Your Potential – What You'll Be Responsible For:

Claims Management: Take inbound lodgement calls, guiding them through the claims process while setting realistic expectations.

Effective Communication: Utilise strong communication skills to accurately gather all necessary details regarding claim circumstances and damages.

Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Build rapport and offer outstanding service to customers.

Knowledge & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company processes, systems, products, and brands, adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures.

Team Collaboration & Performance: Contribute to team success, assist colleagues, and meet individual performance targets.
