IV League Drips is a fast-growing, people-first health and wellness business delivering IV vitamin drip therapy across our in clinic and mobile services. This is a role that will cover three connected businesses under one high-standards, high-energy team.
We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to take the reins of our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role at the centre of a busy, growing business. Perfect for someone who thrives on structure, people, and getting things done.
What you'll do
Undertaking various administrative tasks.
Maintaining and managing:
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Purchasing
Inventory
Payroll
Point of sale reconciliation
Producing management reports including:
Daily & Monthly nurses treatment summaries
Other business analysis as required
Representing and working closely with Director/Owner with regards to:
Staff, customers & suppliers
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an office management or bookkeeping/administrative leadership role
Strong working knowledge of Xero, with confidence reconciling accounts and managing supplier payments
Comfortable with structured, deadline-driven daily and weekly processes
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail, especially around reconciliation and reporting
Confident managing priorities, and competing demands in a fast-moving environment
A high standard, no-drama approach, someone who takes ownership and follows through
Comfortable working closely with leadership in a small, close-knit team
