Ready to lead without the FIFO lifestyle?

We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Leading Hand / Supervisor to lead crews, component rebuilds and major machine overhauls from a metro workshop near Perth Airport.

5:2 roster | 10-hour days | Home every night.

Daily Duties:

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the crew
• Allocate jobs and prioritise maintenance activities
• Provide hands-on technical support to maintenance crews
• Monitor job progress, quality and workshop productivity
• Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance
• Work safely and effectively within established site procedures
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with supervisors
• You will be required to work in a workshop and/or field environment

What we're looking for:
You believe in fostering a positive work culture and ongoing growth, ensuring we always put our people first.

• Certificate III in Heavy Diesel Fitting or Mobile Plant Technology required
• Statutory 26 certification
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with demonstratable Leading Hand experience
• Full Unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence, HR DL (Highly desirable)
• OEM training - Komatsu, Hitachi, and CAT are highly regarded
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capability
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, safety‑driven environment
• Must have valid Australian Working Rights
• Ability to complete pre‑employment requirements
• Proficient in computer skills with programmes such as Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and ideally SAP
