About the Role
We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support secure and reliable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
• Oversee contractors and vendors supporting cloud-hosted application systems
• Enable and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Drive infrastructure and operational automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Grafana.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL processes, including root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Conduct change management activities to ensure operational stability, proper governance, and compliance.
• Ensure cloud environments comply with relevant security, governance, risk, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Systems/Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar role.
• Good hands-on working experience of Microsoft Azure, including Compute, Networking, Storage, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Grafana.
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, infrastructure automation, and cloud security practices would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across application teams, vendors, contractors, and business stakeholders.
