Responsibilities :
Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to meet customer and market demands
Run product testing and development based on requests from supply chain or clients, and conduct onsite trials for new product improvements
Deliver product training and technical presentations directly to customers
Partner with toll manufacturers for pilot trials and to resolve any production quality issues
Test and evaluate new raw materials to find suitable replacements
Help maintain and update technical documents (TDS, COC, SDS) and ensure full compliance with ISO, GHS, and safety standards
Be open to occasional light travel to visit local clients and regional sites across APAC
Handle any other tasks assigned by your supervisor or manager
Requirements :
Min. Degree in Sciences (Chemistry, Surfactant, Polymer, Coatings)
