Meriton Suites currently has an opportunity available for a Night Manager to join our Adelaide Street, Brisbane property.
About the Role
As the Night Manager you will represent Meriton Suites in the absence of the Hotel Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all guests and staff.
Your key responsibilities
Greet and welcome our guests, including following check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage and train staff.
Handle complaints and ensure resolutions.
Ensure relevant front desk tasks are actioned and completed.
Attend to guest enquiries, requests and follow-ups, if required.
Prepare and set up for the following day.
Complete guest accounting.
Complete hotel auditing.
To be successful in this role you will
Be able to provide clearance for National Police Check.
Be confident and able to work under pressure.
Be proactive and able to make decisions autonomously.
Professionally presented.
Possess a genuine passion for guest and colleague experience.
Be well organised with a meticulous eye for detail.
The ability to cultivate a positive team culture.
Have excellent verbal communication skills.
Have full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
