About the role
This is a key office-based role supporting our plumbing operations by ensuring new plumbing jobs are accurately set up and ready to commence on site. You will be working closely with our Head Plumber to prioritise & co-ordinate work.
Key responsibilities
Setting up new job files for residential plumbing projects
Liaising with builders, supervisors, councils, Sydney Water and other authorities
Obtaining and tracking approvals, service diagrams and required documentation
Ensuring job information is complete and accurate prior to works commencing
Managing multiple jobs simultaneously with changing priorities
Following up missing or incomplete information
Maintaining organised, compliant digital and paper records
Overseeing & co-ordinating warranties
At times of peak workflow, engage other team members to help set up jobs
About you
Previous construction or trade-based administration experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence & patience in following up information
At times of peak workflow, the ability to work under pressure
Composure when working with demanding customers and stressed colleagues
Ability to frequently reprioritise work to suit the needs of construction
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time-management skills
