Key responsibilities

Safely operate buses on cross-border routes between Singapore and Malaysia

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers

Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers and responding to their needs

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Maintain accurate trip records and documentation

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient scheduling and route planning

About you

Valid Class 4 Singapore driving license with a minimum of 3 years' experience in driving commercial vehicles

Experience in cross-border bus operations and a good understanding of relevant traffic rules and regulations

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Good physical health and the stamina to operate buses for extended periods

Willingness to work in a shift-based environment, including nights, weekends and public holidays
