Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the architectural team throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams on architectural matters.
Ensure architectural works comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and quality standards.
Resolve architectural design and site coordination issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site progress and ensure architectural works are completed according to approved drawings and project schedules.
Attend project meetings and provide technical support to project teams.
Review and approve architectural materials, mock-ups, and workmanship.
Ensure timely submission of architectural documentation and as-built drawings.
Drive continuous improvement in architectural coordination and construction processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
Experience in residential or commercial projects.
Knowledge of BCA regulations, and construction practices.
