Retail Tenancy Delivery Manager
A senior‑led boutique consultancy is seeking an experienced Retail Tenancy Delivery Manager to deliver tenancy works across a busy retail portfolio. This role suits someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, manages stakeholders confidently, and can take ownership of projects immediately.
About the Role:
You’ll manage end‑to‑end tenancy delivery across multiple centres, coordinating landlords, tenants, consultants and contractors from design to handover. With a busy pipeline - including major retail groups and supermarket refurbishments - you’ll help refine and grow the tenancy delivery service within a close‑knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tenancy works across multiple clients and assets
- Manage landlords, tenants, retailers, consultants and authorities
- Oversee programme, budget, contracts and quality
- Conduct site inspections, ensure fit‑out compliance and timely handover
- Build strong client relationships as the main contact
- Support growth of the tenancy delivery service
- Work autonomously, managing your own portfolio and projects
About You
- Experience in retail tenancy delivery, retail fit‑outs or client‑side PM
- Strong reputation in retail delivery; ideally WA‑based
- Able to run projects independently with minimal oversight
- Skilled stakeholder manager across landlords, tenants and consultants
- Solid commercial acumen across programme, budget and contracts
- Comfortable in fast‑paced environments with multiple projects
- Proactive, ownership‑driven approach
- Right to live and work in Australia
