Superannuation Administrator – Immediate Start – 3 month Contract

Role Overview:

We need a temp admin professional to help process payment requests and manage client communications. You’ll be responsible for:

• Process member benefit payments including retirements, resignations, rollovers, deaths, and disability claims
• Review and verify supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements
• Calculate benefit entitlements and coordinate payment processing within agreed service levels.
• Liaise with members, employers, financial advisers, trustees, and external providers regarding benefit payment requests.
• Identify and escalate complex or unusual benefit cases where required.

What We Need:

• Strong attention to detail for payment processing and compliance checks.
• Ability to manage a high volume of emails and follow up efficiently.
• Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous superannuation experience is essential.
• Ready to start ASAP
• Team player who can collaborate and participate within team initiatives
