About the Role

We are currently seeking a Receptionist/HR Administration Officer to join our Corporate Services Team on full-time basis. This role is the first point of contact for tenants, contractors, visitors and callers, while also providing valued administrative support across the office and HR functions. This is an office-based role.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming visitors and customers at reception and answering telephone enquiries

Managing general reception duties and day-to-day office administration

Human Resources Administration

Corporate Services Administrative Tasks
