Reception Clerk

Due to internal promotions and continued growth in flooring industry, Carpet Call, Australia's best known flooring retailer is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a "can do" attitude to join our busy service team at our Seven Hills Head Office.

The position description includes but is not limited to:

Front desk management including welcoming visitors, controlling access, and providing information.

Communication including phone answering, screening, and forwarding telephone calls, as well as handling emails and inquiries

Stock control include issue, return and fix the stock running error

Banking include keying, receipt and sync with portal

Administrative support include stationary order, kitchen clean up and related office equipment order

The successful candidate will liaise between customers, sales staff and warehouse staff to ensure that product installations are coordinated to fully meet customer satisfaction levels. You will work with specifically designed computer systems in a fun office environment with all training provided.

Full training will be provided for the right candidate however experience in any of the above criteria will be a strong asset.

Hours are 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
