Job scope:

Process and manage online orders across WordPress, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.

Monitor online inventory levels to prevent stock-outs, overselling, and order fulfilment issues.

Respond promptly to customer enquiries, requests, orders, reviews, and ratings across multiple platforms.

Liaise with platform customer service teams to resolve order and customer-related issues.

Coordinate with logistics teams on packing arrangements and shipment fulfilment.

Upload, maintain, and update product SKUs and listings across e-commerce platforms.

Support management in developing strategies to improve online sales and platform performance.

Assist with pricing updates, promotional campaigns, and promotional deals across e-commerce platforms.
