Our client is a Healthcare Supply Chain Solutions industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior/Pharmacist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West.

Job Responsibilities:

Support the supervision and management of pharmacy staff, including technicians, assistants, and temporary staff, to ensure smooth operations.

Plan and manage manpower schedules to maintain seamless day-to-day pharmacy operations.

Assist in monitoring staffing levels and performance metrics to meet departmental targets.

Oversee preparation and distribution of medications, ensuring compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.

Assist in reviewing and improving operational workflows, SOPs, work instructions, and related documentation.

Support medication safety audits and recommend changes to enhance quality and compliance.

Support quality improvement projects and initiatives across pharmacy operations.

Contribute to the development, review, and delivery of training programs and competency assessments for pharmacy staff.

Oversee inventory management, including stock control, periodic cycle counts, and annual stocktake.

Support the management of controlled drugs, including receipt, documentation, inventory reconciliation, and disposal.

Assist in managing customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery initiatives.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science (Pharmacy) or or related field.

Registered pharmacist with relevant Singapore licensing.

Experience in pharmacy operations, supervision, and staff management.

Strong knowledge of medication safety, regulatory requirements, and operational SOPs.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
