Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize our in-house software, automation solutions, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, networking, applied AI, and analytics, ensuring the smooth operation and enhancement of our digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Automation

Design, develop, and maintain in-house software applications to support business operations.

Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency in workflows and IT processes.

Develop and maintain APIs, scripts, and system integrations.

Networking & Server Management

Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud environments.

Ensure security, reliability, and performance of IT systems.

Manage data backups, disaster recovery plans, and IT compliance.

Applied AI & Analytics

Develop data-driven insights by leveraging AI, machine learning, and analytics tools.

Implement predictive analytics and automation for system optimizations.

Work with data visualization tools to present key business metrics.

Simulations & System Optimization

Develop and maintain simulations for testing and training purposes.

Optimize system performance through real-world scenario modelling.

Utilize simulation tools and frameworks to enhance decision-making.

Entry Requirements

Education & Experience

Qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

2+ years of experience in IT systems management, software development, or automation.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in programming languages (Python, C#, ASP.NET, PHP, C++, Java, or similar).

Experience with automation tools (UIPath, Workato, PowerShell, Ansible, Jenkins, or similar).

Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, DNS, cloud computing).

Hands-on experience with server management (Windows/Linux, virtualization, cloud platforms).

Knowledge of AI frameworks, analytics tools, and data visualization (TensorFlow, Pandas, Power BI, etc.).

Familiarity with simulation software and modelling techniques.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Certifications in AWS, Azure, Cisco, or CompTIA.

Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).

Background in cybersecurity best practices.
