About the role

We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused, immediately available Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team until June 2027 working 30:24 per week (0.8 FTE). Based at our Newstead corporate office, you’ll partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

You’ll play a key role in delivering best-practice recruitment outcomes, strengthening talent pipelines, and promoting a compelling employee value proposition.

Salary range: $93,103 (prorated) per annum plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle (ads, screening, offers)
  • Partner with leaders on hiring needs and recruitment strategy
  • Build talent pipelines using Premium Talent Search and ATS tools
  • Deliver high-quality candidate care and meet hiring timeframes
  • Support high-volume recruitment campaigns and projects
  • Provide data-driven insights and recruitment advice

About you

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in healthcare or a similar industry (ideally high-volume)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ATS (PageUp desirable) and sourcing tools
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on candidate experience
