The Role You'll take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio and be responsible for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while building strong, long-term relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a residential portfolio end-to-end
• Conducting routine inspections and lease renewals
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Managing arrears and tenancy matters
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Delivering a high level of customer service and communication

About You We're looking for someone who enjoys property management, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and wants to continue developing their career within a supportive team environment.

Ideally, you'll have:

• 4+ years' experience managing your own portfolio
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive, positive attitude
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• A genuine desire to grow and build a long-term career in property management
