The Role

You'll take ownership of a premium residential portfolio, ensuring a high level of service is delivered to residents while maintaining strong operational standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day operation of a residential portfolio
• Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
• Managing lease renewals and tenancy matters
• Monitoring arrears and rental reviews
• Building strong relationships with residents and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures

About You

You'll already be working as a Property Manager and be looking for the next step in your career.

You'll bring:

• A minimum of 2 years' residential property management experience
• A current Class 2 Real Estate Licence
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• A genuine desire to join a professional organisation where you can continue to grow
