Job Summary
Prepare and manage mechanical and electrical (M&E) shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, support BIM documentation processes, and assist project management to drive successful project completion.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed M&E shop drawings based on as-built drawings and submit them within project timelines.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with project teams to update and amend drawings accurately, supporting project progress and coordination.
Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for record-keeping and BIM process submissions to enhance project tracking.
Support the Project Manager by contributing to project completion tasks and handling ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements:
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP Modelling in Revit to produce and modify technical drawings.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
ITE/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, demonstrating eagerness to learn and contribute.
