Join a growing and highly regarded real estate agency in Brisbane's Bayside, where you'll play a key role supporting the Property Management team, delivering exceptional client service, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your property management expertise with client service, team support and operational responsibilities, making every day varied and rewarding.

The Opportunity

Rather than managing your own portfolio full-time, you'll act as the go-to support person across the Property Management team. You'll provide relief coverage for Property Managers during annual leave and sick leave, assist with leasing and front-of-house when required, support onboarding and training, and work alongside the General Manager to help drive operational excellence.
This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems and building strong relationships while remaining hands-on within property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide relief Property Management coverage during annual and personal leave (portfolios approximately 170 properties)
• Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants while maintaining seamless portfolio management
• Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for the Property Management team
• Assist the Leasing Team and Reception when required
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Assist the General Manager with KPI reporting, compliance and process improvement
• Contribute to the smooth running of the office and overall client experience

About You

• Previous residential Property Management experience is essential
• QCAT experience is required
• Strong working knowledge of PropertyMe
• Confident supporting, mentoring and assisting a broader team
• Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
• Positive, proactive and genuinely enjoys providing outstanding client service
