I’m partnering with a fast-growing, specialist recruitment business that is looking to hire an experienced recruiter in Queensland to join their team and take ownership of busy market.

The market is there. The clients are there. The opportunity is there.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a desk with huge growth potential, focusing on Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, and Work Health & Safety recruitment across QLD, and to work collaboratively alongside an established consultant who is already hitting big numbers here.

The business has built an excellent reputation through genuine partnerships, market expertise and a consultative approach.

This role would suit someone who is experienced & self-sufficient, loves building client relationships and wants the autonomy to grow a market.

• A progressive commission structure with a 2x salary package threshold that rewards 40% to top performers.

I’m looking to speak with:

• Experienced 360 agency recruiters who have a recent and solid billing track record.
• This opportunity would suit someone with strong relationship-building skills and extensive client-facing experience.
• Must have demonstrable experience of identifying and picking up your own work.
• Experience recruiting into construction, safety, insurance, workers compensation, or similar markets (preferred but not essential)
• A desire to build something long-term
