About the role

We are seeking an organised and reliable Warehouse & Demolition Tools Manager to manage our warehouse, demolition tools, equipment and site requirements.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, storage and organisation.

Prepare and allocate demolition tools and equipment for sites.

Maintain accurate tool, equipment and stock registers.

Conduct regular stocktakes and control inventory levels.

Inspect returned tools and coordinate servicing, repairs and maintenance.

Ensure damaged or unsafe equipment is removed from service.

Track tools issued to and returned from each site.

Coordinate daily deliveries and collections with Drivers and Site Supervisors.

Communicate upcoming site requirements and shortages with the Operations Manager.

Control missing, damaged and lost tools and equipment.

Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse.

Assist with purchasing, supplier coordination and cost control.

About you

Strong organisation and record-keeping skills.

Experience with tools, equipment, warehouse or construction operations preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic computer and inventory management skills.

Reliable, proactive and accountable.

Ability to work effectively with Drivers, Site Supervisors and Operations Management.
