Junior Motion Graphic Designer

We’re on the hunt for a Junior Motion Graphic Designer - an enthusiastic creative who loves turning ideas into visuals. You’ll support our design team and wider post-production team across a variety of projects, from ads to corporate explainers and broadcast graphics.

This role is perfect for someone with studio, freelance or internship experience, a solid foundation in design principles, and enough Adobe After Effects know-how to animate simple assets.

You’ll need to juggle multiple briefs, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your deadlines while soaking up guidance from senior designers.

A typical day might include…

Designing on-brand social tiles, end frames, pitch decks, and storyboards.

Building simple motion graphics in After Effect - think lower thirds, animated logos, kinetic type.

Polishing artwork and resizing deliverables for various digital and broadcast specs.

Brainstorming concepts with producers and editors, then iterating based on feedback.

Preparing tidy project files, templates and asset libraries to keep the team humming.

Quality checks and assurances of work outputted.

Dispatching material for online and TV broadcast.

Skills necessary…

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with basic skills in Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.

Strong eye for typography, colour and composition.

Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

A can-do attitude: keen to learn, quick to pick up new processes, happy to lend a hand where needed.

Ability to stay cool, calm and collected while balancing several tasks at once.

Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Highly regarded but not essential

Familiarity with Premiere Pro

Exposure to 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.

Understanding of print specs and pre-press preparation.
