We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail & E-Commerce Executive to support our retail operations, inventory management, customer engagement, and digital marketing activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys a combination of retail operations, administrative coordination, customer service, and social media engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while helping to strengthen the company's online presence.

📍 Location: Near Jalan Besar MRT
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations

Support the day-to-day operations of the retail showroom.

Provide professional and attentive customer service to walk-in customers.

Assist customers with product enquiries and sales transactions.

Prepare quotations, sales documents, and issue invoices accurately.

Ensure products are properly displayed and presented at all times.

Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media channels.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.

Inventory Management

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.

Perform stock counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory audits.

Track incoming and outgoing stock movements.

Coordinate stock replenishment and inventory updates.

Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.

Prepare inventory-related reports for management.

E-Commerce Operations

Manage and update online product listings.

Coordinate online orders and fulfilment processes.

Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory levels are accurate across sales channels.

Respond to customer enquiries through online platforms.

Support online promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

Social Media & Marketing

Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other digital channels.

Create and post engaging content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Participate in video content creation, product showcases, and promotional campaigns.

Monitor social media interactions and respond to enquiries where required.

Research social media trends and contribute fresh ideas for marketing activities.

Administrative Support

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Prepare sales and operational reports.

Support management with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements

Comfortable appearing in videos and participating in social media content creation.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional, confident, and customer-focused personality.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Communications, or related disciplines.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail operations, customer service, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle products, or related industries will be advantageous.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, inventory systems, or POS systems is preferred.
