You will provide high-level administrative and practice support to family law solicitors, assisting with the day-to-day management of complex matters and ensuring the smooth progression of client files.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to 1 Partner and 1 Fee Earner
• Managing diaries, appointments, court dates, and client meetings
• Preparing correspondence, court documents, briefs, and legal documentation
• Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and external stakeholders
• Opening and managing files, billing support, and matter administration
• Assisting with court deadlines, filing requirements, and matter coordination

The successful candidate will have:

• Essential family law experience within an Australian legal practice
• Previous experience supporting family law solicitors or partners
• Strong understanding of family law terminology, processes, and court procedures
• Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach
