The Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will have full responsibility for managing weekly and monthly payroll for staff around Australia. Your responsibilities include:

• managing two weekly and one monthly payroll for 300 staff, interpreting an EBA, Awards and employment contracts using MicrOpay and UKG time and attendance.
• managing new starters, variations, terminations, redundancies and resignations.
• reconciling payroll accounts.
• production of monthly and ad hoc payroll reporting.
• investigation and resolution of payroll problems.
• provision of payroll service to all members of staff.

The Candidate
To be successful in your application, you will:

• have at least five years end to end payroll experience, ideally within a white and blue collar environment.
• be available to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with a choice of the fourth day.
• be approachable and keen to deliver service to your internal customers.
