Join a Leading Organisation’s Finance Shared Services Team
📍 Working Details
Location: West
Industry: Retail / F&B / Hospitality
Working Hours: 5 days per week, 44 hours per week
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days WIO/2 days WFH)
Subject to team arrangement and operational needs
Contract Type: 6-months
What You’ll Be Doing
Processing of vendor invoices in high volume
Processing of payment run for all modes of payments
Performing bank clearing, vendor reconciliations, etc.
Responsible for journal entries for AP function
Assisting in period end closing and liaising with other teams as required
Any other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
At least a Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in the accounts payable
Proficient in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table) and SAP
Meticulous, analytical and independent
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
