About the role

Bartec Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Inside Sales professional to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time position based in the West Region, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales activities from our office environment. As an Inside Sales coordinator, you will be at the heart of our sales operations, managing client relationships, processing orders, and supporting our sales team to achieve and exceed targets. This role is essential to our business success, bridging the gap between our customers and our sales objectives whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

Managing inbound and outbound sales calls and enquiries from prospective and existing customers

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is complete and correct

Maintaining detailed and up-to-date customer records and sales databases

Providing product information and quotations to customers via phone, email and other communication channels

Coordinating with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded

Following up with leads and customers to progress sales opportunities and close deals

Identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate product solutions

Handling customer queries and complaints professionally and resolving issues promptly

Preparing sales reports and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities

Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation and filing

What we're looking for

Proven experience in an inside sales, sales coordinator or similar customer-facing sales role

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers

Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications

A results-driven mindset with a genuine passion for achieving sales targets

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Familiarity with the industrial or technical sales sector is advantageous

A positive attitude, resilience and enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement
