One of Australia's leading Tier 1 Developers has finally moved into SA in recent years. They've been around for over 30 years interstate, completed well over 400 projects in that time and have over 100 dedicated employees.

The Project

This development will be one of the most outstanding and community-driven builds in the area this decade. Going to be around $80M when all is said and done in a couple of years, this commercial project will be something you can hang your hat on and put on your resume as a flagship, iconic landmark for future opportunities and status.

The Project Coordinator

We are looking for a PC who has completed two or three commercial projects worth over $20M from inception to completion. They can be from any subsector and/or from a Developer or Head Contractor. Preferably, both so you've seen the difference in working for the two.

The Team

You have a carefully handpicked team to ensure this project receives the high level of attention it deserves and needs over the next two years. With the Senior Site Manager being a friend of mine and your new direct report. I'm very sure I'll be able to get the personal and professional fit right very quickly for this particular opportunity and role.

The Professional

Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

Two years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Site Administrator in Australia

Loves liaising with the trades, consultants and main project team

Preferably in the Tier Two space, but Tier Three is also suitable

Understands the essential safety protocols of complex building sites

The Personal

Extraverted, outgoing, and excellent communicator

Natural and inquisitive problem solver

Proactive, conscientious and thrives on autonomy

Likes being hands-on, outdoors and multitasking
