This role involves managing e-commerce operations across multiple platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Seller Center. You will process orders efficiently, ensure timely delivery, and respond to customer inquiries professionally while managing customer feedback, reviews, and complaints.

Key responsibilities

Manage the operation of Singapore's e-commerce platforms and understand the current status of each platform, with the ability to communicate with platform managers and effectively convey company needs

Prepare and upload product listings including content for various e-commerce partner platforms such as Shopee and Facebook in Singapore

Maintain and ensure all product information such as pricing and inventory are up to date and available-to-sell

Receive and respond to e-commerce customer inquiries and concerns through web chat, phone, and emails

Manage e-commerce customer comments and reviews through social media

Work closely with various department heads to plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets

Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes

About you

Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) only.

Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with platforms such as Shopee and other online marketplaces

Candidates without relevant experience are also welcome

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a positive attitude

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
