Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable solutions.

Prepare and follow up on quotations to secure sales.

Manage customer accounts and ensure smooth order processing.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical and order-related issues.

Review customer orders and ensure all requirements are accurate before production.

Conduct customer visits and presentations when required.

Plan and achieve sales targets.

Prepare regular sales reports.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Able to read and understand engineering drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
