Responsibilities
Create Job Orders for material planning (MRP) to support customer sales order.
Release Purchase Requisition in the Oracle System per Planned Orders.
Determine availabilities requirement and adjust/re-adjust in accordance to Sales Work Order changes – pull-in, push-out and cancellation.
Review and release Work Orders with sufficient manufacturing lead time as per capacity(MPS) and stating the necessary requirements needed - TCN / ECN implementation.
Generate Clear To Build (CTB) reports/shortages for material status, Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders informing them of any potential materials shortages that could affect the shipment sales schedule.
Commit delivery based on material full kit date and production commitment.
Support Customer Focus Team on delivery commitment and supply matters.
Analyse and review inventory levels to identify and address potential bottle necks, shortages, and excess inventory.
Monitor and report key performance indicators
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent discipline
Certification in Supply Chain, Planning, or Inventory Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) is an added advantage
