ROUSSOS Recruitment is currently working across three significant apartment developments located throughout the Adelaide CBD and city fringe, with individual project values of approximately $50M, $60M and $80M.

These opportunities provide the chance to become involved in substantial apartment projects and build experience within a sector experiencing strong activity across Adelaide.

Whether you are already delivering multi-residential projects or have built your career across complex commercial construction and are looking to make the move into apartments, these roles offer an opportunity to take that next step.

The Roles

Depending on your level of experience, you will take responsibility across key areas of project delivery while working closely with experienced construction and site teams.

Responsibilities may include:

• Managing projects and key packages from pre-construction through to completion
• Leading procurement, contracts, programme and commercial outcomes
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Managing project budgets, forecasting, variations and reporting
• Driving programme milestones across complex construction stages
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Identifying and resolving design, construction and delivery challenges
• Supporting and leading project teams to achieve quality, safety and programme objectives

The Like Mind

These opportunities are suited to construction professionals who have developed strong experience across commercial or multi-residential construction and are ready to become involved in larger apartment developments.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience working with an established commercial or multi-residential builder
• Exposure to medium or large-scale construction projects
• Strong commercial, contractual and project coordination capability
• Experience working across procurement, programme and project delivery
• Confidence engaging with consultants, subcontractors and clients
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• A genuine interest in building your career within Adelaide’s growing multi-residential sector

You may already be an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager looking for your next major apartment project, or a Senior Project Coordinator or Senior Project Engineer ready to take on greater responsibility and continue progressing towards Project Management.
