Allied Health 2U is looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused HR Assistant and Office All-rounder to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis (38 hours per week).
We are a growing allied health organisation supporting people with disabilities and aged care clients across Sydney. Our long-standing, supportive team is committed to person-centred care, and we're looking for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes — from onboarding new practitioners to keeping our day-to-day operations on track.
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys admin, problem-solving, and being the reliable point of contact for both staff and clients.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new employees and contractors, including documentation, compliance checks, and system setup
Coordinate student placements, including liaising with universities and placement students on requirements and paperwork
Draft service agreements and related documentation as required
Process invoices and support general financial administration tasks
Complete data entry accurately and efficiently across various systems
Provide front-line customer service to clients, candidates, and referrers via phone and email
Manage a wide range of general administrative and ad hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the business
Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues, escalating where appropriate
Maintain accurate records and documentation across onboarding, compliance, and operational systems
✅ Essential Criteria
Proven experience in an administration, operations, or office coordination role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident, professional phone manner and customer service approach
Comfortable learning and troubleshooting basic office systems/software (phone systems, invoicing tools, etc.)
High accuracy with data entry and document preparation
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
Willingness to work on-site in Seven Hills
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current HLTAID011 - CPR, First Aide, Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
💡 Highly Desirable
Experience with onboarding or HR administration processes
Experience drafting or reviewing service agreements or contracts
Experience with invoicing/finance administration (e.g. Xero, MYOB, or similar)
Experience working with allied health, disability, or NDIS sectors
