Comfortable learning and troubleshooting basic office systems/software (phone systems, invoicing tools, etc.)

High accuracy with data entry and document preparation

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously

Willingness to work on-site in Seven Hills

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current HLTAID011 - CPR, First Aide, Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)

💡 Highly Desirable

Experience with onboarding or HR administration processes

Experience drafting or reviewing service agreements or contracts

Experience with invoicing/finance administration (e.g. Xero, MYOB, or similar)

Experience working with allied health, disability, or NDIS sectors
