About The Opportunities
Administration Officer - 12 Month Contract
This role provides administrative, reception and customer service support while assisting with bookings, financial processes, records management and branch activities. Working within a collaborative team environment, you'll help ensure services, facilities and systems operate efficiently for our community.

Business Support Officer - 12 Month Contract
This role plays an important part in coordinating systems, customer requests, reporting, procurement processes, asset information and maintenance planning activities that support Council's facilities, venues and community services. Your work will contribute to informed decision-making, service improvements and positive community outcomes.

About You
- Experience in business support, administration or operational support roles.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
- Advanced computer skills and confidence using business systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, customer service and quality outcomes.
