About the role
Our client is an established builder-developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in high-rise residential and reinforced concrete construction to oversee an apartment project in Bayside, Eastern Suburbs Brisbane.
Key responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for day-to-day site operations and construction delivery.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel across multiple work fronts.
Manage construction sequencing, programming, structural cycles and project milestones.
Oversee quality, safety, inspections, defects and compliance throughout the project.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, consultants, certifiers and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain programme.
About you
8+ years' Site Management experience across high-rise residential or major reinforced concrete projects.
Proven experience overseeing multi-level post-tensioned slab construction – essential.
Strong understanding of formwork systems, reinforcement, concrete placement and structural cycle management.
QBCC Open Builder Licence (Supervisor or Builder Class).
White Card and current Australian Driver's Licence.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with proven ability to manage subcontractors, programme, quality and WHS.
