Leasing Executive - Central, up to $5000

Working Hours: Mon - Fri office hours
Salary: up to $5000 + Bonus
Duration: 2 year contract (highly renewable)
Job Duties:
Identify and engage prospective tenants, conduct property viewings, and manage leasing enquiries through to successful deal completion.
Negotiate lease terms for new tenancies, renewals, expansions, and relocations within the assigned property portfolio.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property agents, and business partners to generate new leasing opportunities.
Partner with internal stakeholders, including asset management and marketing teams, to improve occupancy rates and optimise rental revenue.
Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare leasing forecasts, rental reports, and financial analyses to support business planning and achieve revenue targets.
Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend leasing strategies that balance commercial objectives with tenant requirements.
Represent the organisation professionally while delivering a high standard of service throughout the leasing process.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Property Management, Building, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant leasing experience in commercial, retail, office, or industrial properties.
Candidates with a CEA Real Estate Salesperson (RES) licence will have an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
