As our Employee Communications Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping our employees connect, collaborate, and contribute to the purpose and direction of our organisation. You will be responsible for delivering engaging employee communications, supporting organisational change initiatives, enhancing digital workplace experiences and helping employees feel informed, connected and included.

The what!

  • Create engaging content, campaigns and communication plans.
  • Support employee communications and change initiatives across the organisation.
  • Manage and optimise channels including our intranet and Microsoft Teams.
  • Use employee feedback, analytics and insights to improve communication effectiveness.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver clear, accessible and impactful communications.

The benefits:

  • This is a part-time permanent role. 22.8 hours per week.
  • On offer is a salary package of up to $107,496.94 TRP which is $64,498.16 at 0.6 ($48.57 per hour)
