About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Clinic Assistant, preferably with prior experience, to join us as we grow. More than just an employee, you will be an important partner in helping us deliver a positive healthcare experience to our patients and community.

Key responsibilities

Registering and attending to patients at the clinic

Medication packing and dispensing under supervision

Billing and payment collection

Answering phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries

Assisting with appointment scheduling and administrative duties

Maintaining clinic cleanliness and organisation

Stock management and inventory monitoring

Assisting doctors with day-to-day clinic operations

Supporting the team in delivering excellent patient care and service

About you

Friendly, positive, and patient-oriented personality

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Basic computer literacy

Prior clinic or healthcare experience is advantageous but not mandatory
