Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works for building services, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, CCTV, access control and BMS systems.

Conduct routine building and equipment inspections to ensure operational reliability and regulatory compliance.

Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Attend to maintenance issues, service requests, and emergency situations promptly.

Prepare quotations, monthly reports, maintenance records, and operational updates.

Maintain accurate records using CMMS, SAP, Sage, and Microsoft Excel.

Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), statutory requirements, and company EHS standards.

Participate in client meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Property Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, or Property Operations.

Experience in managing building systems such as ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, CCTV, access control, and BMS.

Hands-on experience using CMMS, SAP, Sage, and advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Well-organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

FSM certification will be an advantage.

Strong safety mindset and commitment to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH).
