What You'll Do
Prepare monthly consolidated group accounts in accordance with SFRS(I) and group accounting policies
Prepare group financial statements and the annual report
Prepare quarterly SGX result announcements in compliance with SGX listing requirements
Liaise with external auditors on the year-end audit and group quarterly results review
Prepare directors' resolutions and handle corporate secretarial matters
Prepare company announcements and publish them to the SGX website
Take charge of the listed company's dividend payments and employee share option matters
Liaise with bankers and manage bank-related matters
Prepare weekly cash flow consolidation and analysis
Perform monthly analytical review at the group level
Handle treasury functions, including planning and allocating group funds, fixed deposits, forex forward contracts, and short-term yield optimisation
Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required, and other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Professional certification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
Hands-on experience preparing and managing financial reporting for an SGX-listed company
Strong existing banking relationships with the ability to negotiate and secure financing
Self-driven with the ability to independently identify, assess, and execute financial strategies
Solid understanding of capital structure and a broad range of financing instruments
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
High ethical standards, commercially minded, and adept at managing competing priorities under pressure
