We are excited to be opening our new UNIQLO Sunshine Plaza, Maroochydore store (Sunshine Coast) and are looking for passionate team members to be part of this new chapter from the very beginning.

The Role:

As a Store Associate at our new UNIQLO Sunshine Plaza, Maroochydore store, you will have the opportunity to be part of the launch team and help shape the store culture from day one. You will create a welcoming shopping experience by understanding customer needs, sharing product knowledge, and representing the UNIQLO brand with pride. We are mainly looking for full-time team members who are excited to develop their skills, take on new challenges, and build a long-term career with UNIQLO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.

• Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.

• Providing exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.

• Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas.

• Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.

• Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.

• The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.

Eligibility:

Only candidates with full working rights and no restrictions on working hours in Australia are eligible to apply for this position. As this role is focused on full-time opportunities, candidates must be available to work full-time hours across a flexible roster.

Working Hours:

This is mainly a full-time role and requires flexibility to work a range of shifts (both morning and night), including late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays. As some shifts may start early or finish late, reliable transportation to and from the store is essential.

Your roster will be scheduled based on your availability and the operational needs of the store.
