About the role

As a Supply Chain Picker / Packer, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are picked accurately, packed correctly and ready to go on time. You'll work across our warehouse, inventory and dispatch operations, supporting the movement of raw materials, packaging and finished products while maintaining a clean, safe and organised workplace.

Key responsibilities

Pick customer and internal orders accurately and efficiently.

Check products, quantities and order details before packing.

Pack finished products in accordance with customer and company requirements.

Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure they are ready within required timeframes.

Receive, check and put away incoming stock.

Move stock safely throughout the warehouse.

Check stock quantities and report discrepancies.

Support regular stocktakes and inventory checks.

Follow FIFO and stock rotation requirements.

Check product identification, batch/lot information and labelling.

About you

Previous experience in warehousing, picking, packing, logistics, manufacturing or a similar environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

The ability to work at pace without compromising safety or quality.

The ability to undertake repetitive manual handling and physical warehouse duties.

A strong understanding of workplace health and safety.

The ability to follow procedures and instructions consistently.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Basic computer skills.

The ability to learn and confidently use warehouse and inventory systems.
