The Position, but not limited to

• Preparation of all documentation for settlement
• Develop new and existing client relationships
• Have your own portfolio to step into straight away
• Receipting funds from clients
• Providing quotes to new clients
• Liaising with settlement agents, brokers, banks, agents involved in the settlement process

The Criteria

• Previous experience in settlements/conveyancing is essential
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Exceptional computer skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment
